In the event “the customer” is not satisfied with the purchased product, “the customer” can arrange for a return of the item within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the product is in its original condition, is unused, and with its original invoice. The “customer” will be given store credit to the value of the product, valid for 6 months from date of return. No cash refunds will be provided. Original packaging for all products must be intact and for items with seals, seals have to be unbroken. Ink cartridges and software will only exchangeable if they are unopened. For items that were delivered, the delivery charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
In the event that a product is faulty the “customer” must contact returns@computerwholesale.sg and be given a Return Authorisation number prior to returning the item. “CWS” offers a 14 day one-to-one exchange on any manufacturing defects. Products are to be exchanged in its original condition, with all its original packing materials.
