Delivery of items purchased from "the website" is chargeable at a standard rate of $10 per trip. For orders under $60, a small order delivery fee of $15 applies. In the event the total order amount exceeds $500, the delivery charge is waived. Upon receiving your order, an Online Sales Representative will contact "the customer" to schedule a convenient time for delivery. Delivery can only be done to addresses in mainland Singapore (Sentosa included).

- Walk Up Apartments/Delivery to Basement/Second Floor/Third Floor Delivery for larger items, such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, wine cellars to locations where staircases have to be used are chargeable at $80 extra.
