TERMS & CONDITIONS 
The Terms and Conditions below applies to all items purchased from Computer Wholesale Pte Ltd (“CWS”) through its website www.computerwholesale.sg (“the website”) or directly through “CWS” sales staff by email correspondence or WhatsApp.  

By browsing, enquiring or purchasing on “the website” or via email or WhatsApp, you agree to oblige by its Terms and Conditions and all disclaimers that appear anywhere on “the website”. “CWS” reserves the right to amend and terms and conditions without prior notice.

1. Orders & Payments 

    • Purchasing  
      • All orders through “the website” or made via WhatsApp are subject to acceptance by “CWS”. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you “the customer” and “CWS” will take place on the dispatch to you of the purchased items, and until that time, we reserve the right to reject your order.  
      • “CWS” shall be entitled to terminate the obligations to fulfil any orders, for any reasons, even after an order has been confirmed by, and paid by the customer, with or without notice and “CWS” shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In any such event, “the customer” shall be refunded the price of the goods purchased in full. 
    • Payment Terms 
      • All prices quoted on “the website” in emails or WhatsApp are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.  
      • All payments through “the website” must go through the online payment gateway or via bank transfer as stated on the sales invoice. Cash payment upon delivery is not accepted. Full payment must be paid prior to fulfilment of the order.  

 2. Delivery, Self-Collection & Installation 

    • Delivery
      • Delivery of items purchased from "the website" is chargeable at a standard rate of $10 per trip. For orders under $60, a small order delivery fee of $15 applies. In the event the total order amount exceeds $500, the delivery charge is waived. Upon receiving your order, an Online Sales Representative will contact "the customer" to schedule a convenient time for delivery. Delivery can only be done to addresses in mainland Singapore (Sentosa included).
      • Walk Up Apartments/Delivery to Basement/Second Floor/Third Floor Delivery for larger items, such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, wine cellars to locations where staircases have to be used are chargeable at $80 extra. 
      • Disposal of old machines is possible but will be chargeable. WhatsApp +65 9454 6744 for more information and to arrange. 
      • Self-Collection is not possible due to our products having multiple warehouse locations.  
      • Installation of products is possible but will be chargeable. WhatsApp +65 9454 6744 for more information and to arrange.  

 3. Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns 

  • In the event “the customer” is not satisfied with the purchased product, “the customer” can arrange for a return of the item within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the product is in its original condition, is unused, and with its original invoice. The “customer” will be given store credit to the value of the product, valid for 6 months from date of return.
  • No cash refunds will be provided. Original packaging for all products must be intact and for items with seals, seals have to be unbroken. Ink cartridges and software will only exchangeable if they are unopened. For items that were delivered, the delivery charges will be deducted from the credit amount. 
  • In the event that a product is faulty the “customer” must contact returns@computerwholesale.sg and be given a Return Authorisation number prior to returning the item. “CWS” offers a 14 day one-to-one exchange on any manufacturing defects. Products are to be exchanged in its original condition, with all its original packing materials.  

 4. Product & Extended Warranty  

  • All Products sold by “CWS” come with local vendor warranties. Warranty is covered by the respective local agents or distributors of the brands purchased. “CWS” offers extended warranty on our products. For details or to apply for extended warranty, please contact sales@computerwholesale.sg 

 5. Use of Data 

  • All content found on “The Website” belongs wholly to the respective agents and distributors of the brands. “The customer” may not: 
    • Modify or copy any content 
    • Use the content for any commercial purpose, or for any public display 
    • Remove any copyright notations from the content 
    • Transfer the content to another person or server

7. Variation in use 

  • “CWS” reserves the right to amend, change or remove these terms and conditions at our discretion without any notice to “the customer”. “The customer” is recommended to review this Terms & Conditions each time he/she uses “the website”. If “the customer” do not agree with the Terms & Conditions stated here, “the customer” agrees to not use “the website” for browsing, enquiring or purchasing. Any visits, enquiries, purchases made by “the customer” acts as your acceptance to our Terms & Conditions. 

8. Disclaimers 

  • By using “the website”, “the customer” agrees the use at their own risk. “The Website” is provided on an “as is” or “as available” basis. “CWS” or any of our respective directors, employees, contractors, suppliers or “Associates” warrant that the use of “the website” is error-free. Neither one of the mentioned warrants the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on “the website” or the products offers for sale on “the website”. “CWS” also makes no representation of the content provided on “the website” is applicable outside mainland Singapore (Sentosa included).   

 9. Termination of Use 

  • “CWS” may, at its sole discretion, terminate “the customer” account or use of “the website” at any time. “The customer” is personally liable for any orders or purchases made using his/her account prior to termination. “CWS” reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any or all aspects of “the website” at any time without prior notice. 

 10.  Contracts 

  • A person who is not a part of these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions. 

 11.   Governing Law  

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Singapore. Both ‘CWS’ and ‘the customer’ unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
